Your owner account manages the subscription and devices. Each PC has its own activation and permissions.

Can different PCs have different access?

Yes. Choose a preset for the office, workshop or dispatch, then adjust individual pages and actions.

Does every feature work without internet?

Locally available records can be used within the PC's current permissions and offline authorisation. Routing, AI and other external services need a connection. Shared sync resumes when the workshop host is reachable.

Where is my workshop data?

Your workshop host holds the shared operational database. PCs keep permitted local data for offline work. Optional connected services receive the information needed for the features you enable.

How do I manage billing?

Sign in to your owner dashboard to view subscription status and manage your subscription, including when the app's licence has expired.
